2022 Cremant
Hand disgorged methode champenoise sparkling Chenin. Will be sold out by June end :(
2023 Chardonnay Aligote
French oak and Concrete egg wild fermented. This is the wine we have been trying to make from our Chardonnay block for years!
2024 Rose
Whole bunch pressed Merlot wild fermented in 2 x barrels of French oak. Pale and more-ish.
2023 Ripasso
Cabernet and Sangiovese, with 10% air-dried and fermented Cabernet. A new wine for us and maybe your new favourite red.
