Honeyed, textural, golden, and cloudy. It’s the kind of wine that would slide a whiskey down the bar and tell you to keep your chin up, if it could.
Evangeline needs food. Big food for a big wine. Go heavy on the rich, dark meats and vegetables. Oily fish. Lamb tagine. Avoid delicacy.
