Welcome to our Ingredients page. This is a list of vineyards, additives and processing aids we use in our wines.

Our Vineyards and winemaking are all certified Organic and Biodynamic

One we haven't listed but is used in most of our wines is oak.  We use seasoned oak barrels that do not have the flavour that new oak does.

We also us a processing aid, Food grade Argon gas.  This is to displace oxygen in tanks that are not completely full. 

Every year we try to use as little as possible to deliver amazing wines. Every year as we hone our craft and improve our equipment and techniques, we aim to use less and less.

Having our own bottling line on-site helps us reduce our reliance on additives as well, yet does increase our blood pressure sometimes...
