Imagine diving head-first into the ocean after a stinking hot day. Salt still on your skin, hair dripping, grin so wide it almost hurts. That’s this wine in a glass.
Pale, hazy, and just a touch spritzy. It smells like citrus groves after rain—lime zest, green apple, crunchy pear, maybe even a bit of lemonade icy-pole. There’s a whisper of fresh herbs too, like you just brushed past a basil plant on your way to the hammock.
The palate? Electric. Bright acidity, that little fizz tickling your tongue, and flavours that snap, crackle, and pop between lemon sherbet and granny smiths. It’s the kind of freshness that makes you sit up straighter and then immediately lean back with a satisfied sigh.
Pair it with oysters, fried whitebait, ceviche, or just a packet of chips at the beach. Honestly, anything salty, crunchy, or sun-drenched will do. It’s holiday wine, hammock wine, Sunday-afternoon-stretching-into-Monday wine. Drink it young, drink it cold, drink it often (if you can get your hands on it).
